Delivery and Returns

No refunds and all sales are final Exchanges only – and the customer has 5 days once they receive their parcel to submit an exchange form. This is subject to the condition that –
  • The products are in the original packaging untouched and unopened ( if the seal is broken on the packaging containing the extensions, these exchanges will be refused)
  • Exchanges can be made for products of the same value
  • If exchanges are made for products of a lesser value customers will be offered store credit
  • Customers will be responsible for the costs of shipping and handling of their returned products
  • We strongly advise a tracker courier service when returning products as we will not be liable for any lost items
  • No customised items can be returned under any circumstances
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched – to cancel your orders contact: – please do this a soon as possible to insure cancellation is successful
